Three starting points most districts begin with. Every quote is custom; these just give a sense of scale.
For pilots, single-teacher rollouts, or evaluation.
For an entire ELL grade-level cohort or a small school deployment.
For full-school or district-wide ELL programs. Volume pricing.
Fill out the form and we’ll send a custom quote within 1 business day. Or email schools@mytelo.ai.
Yes. Most of our district customers go with 2 or 3-year terms for budget predictability and discounted pricing. We can also bill annually within a multi-year commitment.
Net 30 is standard for qualified institutions. Net 60 is available on request for districts with established procurement cycles.
Yes to all four. Telo qualifies for Title I-A (most ELL students come from low-income families and Title I dollars routinely fund their language support), Title III (English Learner Programs), Title IV-A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment), and remaining ESSER funds. We provide a funding-source justification letter on request, mapped to whichever stream you’re using.
Yes. Title IV-A (the “Effective Use of Technology” block) explicitly supports digital and AI literacy curricula and is the most common path. Title II-A funds AI-related teacher professional development. Many states also have digital-learning grants that cover AI literacy programs. Telo qualifies because every session students have with the robot or web platform is hands-on AI literacy: they learn to prompt clearly, evaluate AI answers, and recognize what AI can and can’t do.
Yes, three paths. (1) Cooperatives: we’re an approved vendor through Region 19 Allied States Cooperative (eligible in 839 districts) and Region 7 ESC (95 districts). Member districts can purchase without a separate RFP. (2) Piggyback: many states allow districts to piggyback on contracts already executed by another district. We have active contracts with 25+ ISDs (Coppell, Plano, Frisco, Aldine, Lewisville, Pearland and others) that can serve as the originating contract. (3) Direct: sole-source procurement is also available with our justification letter.
Telo AI is the sole-source provider of the TelOne Embodied AI Robot and the integrated Teacher Dashboard Suite. We provide a formal sole-source justification letter on request, ready to attach to your PO.
No minimum. Districts often start with a single-classroom pilot before scaling. We work the same way for a 1-classroom order as for a 100-classroom rollout.
Web licenses are activated within 1 business day of PO acceptance. Embodied robots typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Teacher onboarding is scheduled the same week the order is placed.
