Telo AI is proud to be a sole-source provider of the TelOne Robot and Teacher Dashboard Suite. We accept official Purchase Orders (POs) from qualified U.S. and Canadian school districts. Follow the steps below to request a quote and submit your PO.
Step 1 – Request a Quote (Required Before Submitting a PO)
All TelOne Robots are shipped directly from our robotics partner in Taiwan, ensuring quality control and global-grade fulfillment. To receive accurate pricing, shipping estimates, and documentation, please request a quote.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Purchase Order
Once you’ve received your quote, prepare your PO with the following:
- Full school/district name and billing address
- Shipping address
- Product names and SKUs
- Quoted unit price and totals
- Shipping cost (from quote)
- Tax-exempt certificate (if applicable)
- Contact info for delivery and billing
Step 3 – Submit Your Purchase Order
Email your PO to: orders@mytelo.ai
You’ll receive confirmation within 1–2 business days and details about next steps.
Shipping & Handling
- All robots ship directly from Taiwan via insured international freight.
- Shipping costs include freight, insurance, customs, and handling.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 weeks after PO processing.
- Expedited options are available on request and quoted individually.
- Software-only products (e.g., TelOne Math Suite licenses) are delivered digitally and are not subject to shipping delays or freight costs.

Payment Terms
We accept Net 30 terms for verified U.S. public, charter, and private schools.
